On Monday, Rachel Roy launched her debut footwear collection for Fall. It's chock full of affordable designs that will surely get you noticed. The emphasis on individuality is certainly apparent in my favorite style, the Gillian Bootie. The classic black nubuck suede exterior is flawlessly accented with a golden metal toe accent. The result is a sleek yet sexy boot reminiscent of a time when Tom Ford designed for Gucci. The heel is 4.5", with a slight platform offering some minor relief. I'm not sure if these would work in my wardrobe, I just can't see wearing them anywhere here but I do like to look at them. Love the gold YSL-esque band on the first one a lot!

Yeah, they don't really have an L.A. vibe to them. The gold ones are my fave too, and they actually come in a taller boot version as well.
