Christopher Bailey took Burberry Prorsum to new heights with the SS13 Menswear Runway Collection. Tribal influences and timeless classics abound, with quite a few designs decked out in futuristic metallic materials that Diddy couldn't even pull off successfully. Although the runway show seemed too diverse and lacked focus, I think the line will do well in stores. You have until July 1st to shop the collection on Burberry's website, and your items will be shipped within 8 weeks.

Ha, was just discussing the Burberry bags yesterday with a friend. If there's a more affordable option than the alligator I think that bag will do amazing--not that the alligator won't sell. Very curious to see how the metallic translates. If I was a guy, would I carry one? Not sure...what do you think Michael?

BB - I was uninspired by Burberry's prints too. I loved the metallic touches, although I probably wouldn't wear them.
CC - Happy 4th!
MJ - I was waiting for someone to comment on the absurdity of the price tag on that Alligator Traveller. Sorry Burberry, but for that kinda money, I'll take an Hermes HAC AND a new car. I definitely can't wait to see how the metallic translates in person. It looked unwearable on the runway. I could probably pull off the iPad sleeve, but definitely not the hobo.
