Hey BB! It's basically just a strip of leather that you slip your hand through when carrying this bag as a clutch. Imo, it's completely unnecessary and definitely doesn't add anything to the design.
oh!i get it,just like the prada fall winter 2011 clutch rite?the best thing bout it is that its actually really make u feel attachable to the clutch and i hv to say its easier and more friendly to carry rather than a normal oversized clutch,butfor this ps clutch the design seems to be exxagerated because of the slip in handle on the front.
