Hello everybody! I miss all of you terribly and I promise to be back soon. I have relocated to Dallas, Texas and as soon as I get acclimated to my new surroundings, I will return to blogging regularly. Although, I am not officially back from my hiatus, I simply had to share some pertinent time sensitive information with all of you. Quentin Mackay is one of my favorite up and coming designers and he was selected to participate in the 5th International Wool Week. With the rise of synthetic materials, the wool industry has suffered greatly, but the Campaign for Wool seeks to reaffirm the beauty and versatility of this wonderful natural fiber. Quentin Mackay teamed up with Harvey Nichols in support of Wool Week and designed the lovely Olympia clutch, which is enveloped in a stunning mosaic of hand-crocheted merino wool. It is currently being auctioned off on eBay until the 30th of September, and all of the proceeds will support the Campaign for Wool.
