Lin Danto Jayde Bag

Lin Danto Jayde Bag

Lin Danto landed on my radar this fall with her debut collection of handbags that managed to appear fresh and innovative, but were still timeless and sophisticated. She's back for spring with the ultimate must-have cross-body bag. A simple structured shape allows the unique washed Italian lambskin to take center stage. The turquoise option is sure to get you noticed, while the coral variation is more subtle and feminine. It's also available in neutral cognac and classic black, both of which look stunning with the 24-karat hardware. An adjustable shoulder strap offers added versatility. I love supporting up and coming designers, mostly because they don't rest on name recognition nor inflate their prices. In fact, the Jayde bag retails for a very reasonable $965, while the petite version is $785. Shop Lin Danto's spring collection at La Scala and Searle boutiques in New York, as well as handbago.com, come February.
