After a week of rain in New York and freezing cold temperatures in London, the sunny 75° weather in the City of Lights was a welcome relief. Fashion industry insiders traipsed aimlessly through the streets of Paris and took in the majestic beauty of the city. Naturally, a great deal of these trendsetters embraced classic kitten heels. Ladylike styling was a prominent trend in many of the fall collections, most notably Louis Vuitton and Prada. However, Valentino was the designer of choice for Paris Fashion Week footwear. Fashion icon and Editor-at-Large of Nippon Vogue, Anna Dello Russo, as well as Alexa Chung were just two of several fashionistas spotted wearing these swoon-worthy Valentino kitten heels. The juxtaposition of the elegant black patent leather against the edgy studded detailing of the blush straps gives the heels an air of modern sophistication.
