I LOVE this bag! The sumptuous wrinkled Italian leather is stunning and sooo soft. My favorite color option is definitely the petrol blue, which is new for Spring 2010 and actually appears slightly darker in real life. I had the pleasure of trying this beauty on over the weekend and the flat handles fit comfortably on the crook of my arm, but not over my shoulder. However, the 6" handle drop should accommodate most women. It's quite sizeable at 16" x 19" x 9" and will undoubtedly hold all of your daily essentials. I know that may sound ginormous to some of you, but the expansion zippers allow you to customize the shape of the bag depending on your specific needs.

Hi Kaska! That Balenciaga bag is pretty special and the shape as well as the design are fairly difficult to replicate for less. However, one bag definitely comes to mind. The Louis Vuitton Speedy 25 in Epi Leather. The size and shape are similar and the textured leather has the same effect as the embossed lizard skin on the Cassette.
