As promised, here's the Chloé Marcie tote that you've been waiting for. When I saw the crocodile version at the Spring 2010 runway show, I immediately fell in love with the shape of this bag. My only concern was that it appeared to be a bit oversized. Well, look what I found! This smaller leather version is the quintessential 'hand' bag. The supple Italian leather tote features that textured, curvy flap and wrapped handle that we all fell in love with on the hobo as well as brushed gold hardware...my fave. The whiskey and mocha colors are neutral without being dull and I'm obsessed with the creamy beige and black variations. Blah, blah, blah...what are you waiting for? Purchase the Chloé Marcie tote at Net-a-Porter.com for $1595.

I'm going on record as saying I like the hobo more than the tote. I think the detailing on the front works better with the rounded hobo shape than the slightly square-ish tote (plus I prefer the single strap to the dual top handles on this one). With that said, I wouldn't mind getting my hands on the smaller version in crocodile.
I agree completely Dania! I love both bags...but if I had to choose, it would definitely be the beige hobo. I just can't get over the fact that we're even having this conversation. A few years ago, Chloe handbags were an epic fail. Now almost every bag since the Paraty is a must have.
Those bags... OF THOSE BAGS!
the bag is huge!!
